The role of a line player in possession of the ball is very simple and 99% of situations are based on five elements and how they are combined:

Catching the ball and performing a jump shot with your dominant or non-dominant foot;

Catching the ball, turning to one side or the other and performing a jump shot with your dominant or non-dominant foot;

Catching a ball, feinting a turn to one side, turning to the other side and performing a jump shot with your dominant or non-dominant foot.
