The foundation of any good defense is good defensive players.
The first and most important step is to create good defensive habits in young players so that they can more easily adapt to the coach’s different tactical ideas in their senior years.
In our camp, we base individual solutions to defensive problems on indirect learning methods that encourage players to read the game independently.
A prerequisite for the success of this type of play is mastering the basic biomechanical structures of the movement and the technical elements of playing in defense, i.e. how to stop an attacker in accordance with handball rules.
For this learning, we use exercises appropriate to the age and handball skills of the participants.
