HOW TO CREATE EXERCISES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COORDINATION?
The goal is to move in harmony in all situations during the match.

Situations are sometimes predictable and sometimes unpredictable.

If we understand this, the idea that we encourage the development of coordination with exercises in which athletes rhythmically repeat the same set of movements is absurd.

Our opinion that exercise is good when such repetitions look visually harmonious makes no sense.

Because it is not logical to prepare the body for coordinated movement in unpredictable situations by rhythmically repeating one movement.

TRAINING, TACTICS & HANDBALL

What would happen with his game if the defense stopped him from receiving the ball when he is running to the middle of the court?

What would happen if the defense forced him to go to his weaker side, i.e. wide, instead of straight down the middle?

WHO DO WE GIVE MEDALS TO?
”A man lived near a playground and was greatly disturbed by the noise of kids who came to play.

Then one day he came to the playground and gave each one 5€ and told them he would give them tomorrow the same amount if they came again. For a while, every day when the kids came, he would give them 5€.

When they got used to it, he came one day and said he no longer wanted to give them money to come.

The kids decided that there was no chance to play for free on the playground and stopped coming.”

BIOLOGICAL AND CHRONOLOGICAL AGE
Michael Jordan did not manage to get a spot in his high school team in the first year.

This topic is commented on in two different ways. On one hand, people believe that he devotedly practiced and became the best basketball player ever and, on the other hand, some cannot believe that the coach did not recognize his immense talent.
