VISUAL SPECTACLE OR DEVELOPMENT BOOST?

Almost all online videos and training depictions have one important thing in common:

Fluid, precise, and fast execution.

The first thing that comes to mind is:

If the execution is fluid, it means that the players have automatised it.

The question that draws my attention immediately is:

What is the actual influence an exercise has on Patrik’s ability to assess the situation,

as well as on the speed of his reaction,

if he is able to execute it so precisely?

As I make these videos myself, I believe their purpose is to show what an exercise should like look if learned well.

What we should differentiate between are visual spectacles, characterised by the dynamics of the video, and the exercises that aim to influence the development of Patrik’s abilities.
