Is it too early to start learning the eret and polueret in kindergarten?
The reason why the eret and polueret are rarely or almost never used in senior handball is that they are difficult to learn and even more difficult to use in the game.
We cannot know whether children will use it more often in senior age if they learn the movement or part of the movement in kindergarten, but we do know that the exercise we use for it is fun and encourages the development of coordination.
