Biomechanically, the movement of the save of the back player’s shots is simple:

BASIC POSITION
The first step in learning goalkeeping is the basic position
As this is the body position in which Marko should spend most of the time throughout the career, in this position he should be able to move on goal, and from that position he should be able to perform most shot stops, it is important to teach goalkeepers a position that is effective.

FEAR OF THE BALL
All good goalies have only one talent in common:
They are not afraid of the ball.
Whether Marko has a fear of a ball can be easily seen by the movements of their hands:
If he defends their face first during each shot, and only then move with their palms towards the ball, they are afraid of a ball.”
