Why?
Running is most beautiful and best in a wide, open space, and the goal is to make it possible and safe in the environment of small halls when only they are available.
We use the exercise from the video and similar exercises most often in the first part of the training in order to quickly introduce children from a sitting emotional mode to a movement mode.
How?
Following the sound of the sticks hitting, the children change the speed of movement and learn to control their bodies.
What?
The children move in a circle, i.e. they run as fast as the coach hits the sticks.
Experience:
The game is designed for all kindergarten-age children and is very practical for them to very quickly change the emotional state in which they come to training, which is usually in a sitting mode from the room, into a readiness for movement and playing that follows in training.
